 Level one - foundation 

 INTRO / BEGINNERS 

The Fusion Course offers a comprehensive and meticulously designed training program for young parkour participants. Led by our team of highly qualified coaches with unrivalled experience, this program delivers a thorough skillset in detail, drawing upon decades of parkour coaching expertise.

 

Enrolment and Progression

To get your child started on the Fusion Course, we invite you to join us for a FREE TRIAL before securing a place on the course with a membership. We monitor each student's progress, aligning their individual goals with our comprehensive content list of skills and techniques. We track and monitor progress as we go to avoid any unnecessary  stress around assessments.

 

Kids receive a certificate upon achieving their level, we shake hands and move on to the next level.

 

A full digital syllabus is available to download upon signing up. This includes a breif history of Parkour, Safety and cultural understanding, founding fathers/ key players (things to look up on youtube and get inspired with) and the content it's self. 



All courses are Mixed age (7-15) unless otherwise stated.

Level 1 -   Mondays  5:30pm
Level 1 -   Thursdays  4:30pm
Level 2  - Tuesdays  5pm

Level 1 (Ages 10+) - Wednesdays 6:30pm
Level 2  - Fridays  6pm
Level 3 -  Mondays 6:30pm
Level 4 - Wednesdays 5:30pm

For experienced practitioners looking to refine their skills and techniques. Dive deeper into advanced movements and challenges under expert guidance.

  Level THREE - FEROCITY 

 ADVANCED / SQUAD 

in level 3 we significantly elevate the demands on practitioners by integrating height and power into every movement. This stage marks a pivotal shift where participants will begin to master a range of advanced techniques, including flips, dynamic jumps, and complex spins.

Alongside the physical progression, a strong emphasis is placed on developing a defined and disciplined approach to training. This includes rigorous adherence to safety protocols and the cultivation of advanced risk assessment skills. Practitioners will learn to precisely evaluate environments and their own capabilities, ensuring that the pursuit of more challenging movements is always underpinned by intelligent, responsible decision-making. This holistic approach ensures that as you push the boundaries of your physical abilities, you also build a comprehensive understanding of how to train effectively and, most importantly, safely.
