AN EXTRA NOTE FOR ADULTS
We often hear parents and older adults say things like “I used to be able to do that” or “my knees wouldn’t let me do this anymore.” This mindset can become a real barrier that stops people from trying parkour. There’s also a common misconception that parkour means big, scary jumps and extreme movements.
We want to reassure you that this is not the case. While we can scale challenges based on individual ability and confidence levels, everything we teach is done in a way that prioritises safety and control. Our classes are designed to help you rediscover your body’s natural desire for movement and mobility.
You may be surprised by what you’re capable of, so please don’t think parkour is only for a younger generation. Parkour is for everyone, regardless of age or ability. Come and give it a try, and discover your new favourite way of keeping fit.
