In our open sessions you get the chance to get a feel for the park. These unstructured sessions are supervised by our qualified coaches and staff, and are perfect for those that want to brush up on their skills outside of a class environment, and get a feel for parkour practice, or just have a play.

A great way of meeting other like minded practitioners and get involved.  No parkour/freerunning skill is necessary and these sessions are suitable for first timers.

Sessions are generally 1 hour, 2 hour or all day. 
Ages 4-6 must be accompanied by an adult (ticket included in price for ages 4-6 ticket)
