FLUIDITY FREERUN GRAND OPENING

Our grand opening is finally here after some tough months of clearing, decorating and an extensive build unlike any other in the region! We are proudly opening our doors to one of the UK's biggest indoor Parkour/Freerunning and Alternative arts centers, based here in the heart of Cardiff! A massive taster day to kickstart the October Halfterm, you are invited! On this day there will be a range of activities and workshops, spectacular performances from Fluidity Freerun and friends as well as demonstrations to show off the venue, and what can be expected from our timetables and classes/courses. As well as the bookable workshops, you will be able to sign up your interest or book onto all of our products commencing from Monday 24th October. These sign ups will include our courses , classes and open sessions, as well as our monthly membership packages. SPACES WILL FILL UP QUICK! Bookable Workshops Little Ninjas (3-7yrs , 11am - 11:45am) Youth Parkour/Freerunning (7-11yrs , 12:15pm - 1:00pm) Teen Parkour/Freerunning (12-15yrs , 1:30pm - 2:15pm Adult Ninja/Freerunning (16+ , 2:45pm - 3:30pm) Open Parkour Sessions Mixed Open Session (5 - 5:30pm) Mixed Open Session (6 - 7:30pm) Performances/Demo's Fluidity Freerun (10:45 am - 10:55am) Tricking (2:30pm - 2:40pm) Circus Skills (12pm - 12:10pm) Food Catering , Hot + Cold drinks , Snacks Entry for the event is FREE , but booking for any of the workshops is £5, with spaces limited to 40 per 45 minute workshop. After the event is over , there will be 2 mixed open sessions that will run into the evening, for participants or practitioners that wish to jam!
